FAB PLC

If you're looking for an affordable, small programmable logic controller, then look no farther!  These plc's are great for automating the simpler projects that you may have.  They are every bit as good as an Allen Bradley PLC (Micrologix) or a Siemens LOGO.  These units can do basic boolean logic, AND, OR, NOT etc., they have several timing function blocks, up and down counter blocks and some specialty blocks.  One model even has 0 to 10VDC analog inputs (on every input!!).  If you need affordable plc control, they retail for about half the price of the Allen Bradley or Siemens equivalents!  Available in various sizes and models.

SR PLC

Do you need expandability?  The SR line of programmable logic controllers is the key.  These programmable controllers can have up to 82 I/O points, when purchased with expansion modules!  Similar to the FAB plc's in most respects, the SR programmable controller has HMI display capability.  As with all of our controllers, the programming software is FREE and available for download.  The plc emulation feature, usually available only on high end packages, enables you to write your program and test it before you even buy the plc!

Pre-Built Panels

How would you like to have a headstart on your next controls project?  ATSI builds small standardized control enclosures using either the FAB or SR plc's (above) along with our control equipment (left).  We will deliver to you a small enclosure, with a DIN rail mounted plc, terminals, E-stop, other options and panel space for you to mount your equipment onto.  So, if your process automation task requires you to build a test fixture or an error proofing device with controls, a majority of the work is already done for you, off the shelf!  Our panels come with electrical schematics, drawn in Autocad, so all you need to do is add your devices to our drawings and you're done!
