From the moment you request our services, through project planning, engineering, design, construction, start-up to final acceptance, we monitor and report project progress. industrial material handling equipment factory automation systems Laser Marking, Engraving and Etching We at ATSI have been involved in manufacturing systems for over 20 years. In 2003 we first became involved with Nd Yag laser marking and laser etching systems. Soon we noticed that while there were many companies that could sell you a laser, there were few that could sell you a system that would work within your factory environment. Especially a system that requires part handling and manipulation. Because of our expertise with material handling and robotic systems, we are very well suited to integrate laser engraving devices with conveyors, robots and other custom machinery that may be required for your application. In 2006, we have worked on approx. a dozen such systems. In 2007, as an authorized laser distributor for one of the leading laser producers in the United States, we will be able to offer 5, 10, 20, 60 and 100 watt lasers, both as value added systems and also for direct sale.
Factory Automation and Control Systems As an industrial automation company, we get involved with larger mechanical integration projects, such as palletizers, pick and place robots, conveyors and other material handling equipment and electrical controls projects. We have worked on high density part gaging equipment, with over 100 points of measure. We've installed data acquisition systems and plant networks to monitor whole plants. We've integrated large and small robotic systems, stepper motor and servo motor based motion control systems. At ATSI, we believe that most of the quality put into a system is unseen. There are many system integrators out there that can do a good job building an electrical control panel. The panel is the part of the system that is seen, but is only a small part of the whole system. The real quality of the system is the design, the operator interface and the pc or plc programming that drives it. This is also the easiest part of the system for less skilled integrators to fake.

Pictured below is a Laservall II, Nd Yag Laser. The unit consists of the laser modulator, connecting cable and laser power and control system.
This system is available in either a 5, 10 or 20 watt configuration. Wattage needed by the customer will depend upon the material being marked and the mark being produced.
