ATSI has a broad range of experience.
ATSI working in a heavy industrial environment has gained knowledge
of a wide range of products and projects: PLC control systems,
PC based gaging systems, SCADA, production counting, direct robot
control, supervisory robot control and palletizing systems.
We have also worked with batching systems, furnace controls and
waste water treatment. ATSI will use this experience to your
benefit by helping you to create the most economical, quality
solution to your specific automation problem.
ATSI is a leader with Palletizing Systems.
Working with a major soft drink retailer, ATSI developed one of the
first mixed case palletizing systems. This system palletized
over 170 different sku's of products, with any mixture on a given
pallet, times 10 pallet positions, simultaneously. This system
incorporated both PC and PLC controls.
 ATSI
has developed Gaging Systems. Written about in trade
magazines for our work with automated PC based gaging systems.
ATSI was one of the first, if not the first, to use a PC to make
real time measurements of an assembly part in a production
environment.
ATSI knows Process Systems. ATSI has
installed many data collections systems, measuring mold
temperatures, air pressures, air flows and other process parameters.
Also recorded were production line counting information and machine
alarm data. All data made available on intra-plant displays,
both real time and historical data. Data collected from
machine PLC systems.
